    Yin Yoga is a slower, meditative practice that offers the yogi an opportunity to understand how the mind and the body present a doorway to deeper awareness of Self and how we handle life’s challenges. The silence, stillness and longer holds provide each yogi an opportunity to reflect on where we are, and invites acceptance while creating space for shifts to occur.
